This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our data-driven initiatives and contributing to the success of our organization.A Day in Your Life :Solution Architecture :- Design and architect end-to-end solutions for complex data science and machine learning projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust, and efficient technical solutions.- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Innovation and Technology Evaluation :- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and machine learning.- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the organization's capabilities.Project Management :- Lead and manage the execution of Data Science and Machine Learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.- Work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address challengesCollaboration and Communication :- Foster collaboration between the data science, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Team Leadership and Development :- Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the teamSkills in the spotlight :- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on Data Science and Machine Learning.- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.- Technical Skills : Proficient in programming languages such as Python- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science tools.- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with [industry/sector] and understanding of how Data Science and Machine Learning contribute to business objectives.
