Job Description :We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and take charge of training and educating users and carriers on manual processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with global users. Additionally, proficiency in markup language, search engine marketing (SEM), and prior experience in content writing are essential for this role.Key Skills :- Excellent verbal communication skills for interaction with global users.- Proficiency in markup language, SEM, and content writing.- Experience with publishing tools and authoring tools.- Strong background in User Manual preparation, procedure details, and standard guidelines.- Domain expertise in E-commerce, supply chain, or transportation.- Ability to provide comprehensive documentation and training to teams on procedures.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain user manuals, procedure details, and standard guidelines.- Interact with global users to provide training and education on manual processes.- Utilize markup language and SEM techniques to enhance content quality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and effective documentation.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content creation.- Provide support and guidance to teams regarding procedures and documentation.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in markup language, SEM, and content creation.- Familiarity with publishing tools and authoring tools.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.- Experience in the E-commerce, supply chain, or transportation domain is preferred.- If you possess the required skills and experience and are passionate about providing comprehensive documentation and training, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
