Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Product Strategy and Roadmap :- Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for UCSP, aligned with business goals and market trends.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and areas for improvement.Product Development and Lifecycle Management :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to drive the end-to-end product development process.- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.Go-to-Market Strategy :- Lead the development of go-to-market plans, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.Stakeholder Management :- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior product managers.Product Performance and Metrics :- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.- Continuously analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to iterate and enhance product offerings.Regulatory and Compliance :- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance standards, and security best practices to ensure products meet necessary requirements.- Lead efforts to ensure products comply with all relevant regulations and standards.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Cyber Security products.- Deep understanding of Cyber Security concepts, threats, and technologies.- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, from ideation to launch.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications :- Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML in the context of Cyber Security.- Having relevant experience into B2b + SaaS.- Having some experience in UI/UX and having worked as a developer.In addition to the above responsibilities, the Product Head will also be responsible for :- Providing strategic direction and leadership for the entire product management team.- Setting and driving the overall product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.- Representing the product function in executive-level discussions and decision-making processes.- Overseeing the budgeting and resource allocation for product development initiatives.- Serving as the primary point of contact for key strategic partners and customers.- Evaluating and implementing processes and tools to improve product development efficiency and effectiveness.- Leading efforts to build a strong product culture within the organization, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
