Experience working with containers, system architecture, designing distributed systemsAbout the client :They are WhatsApp based Marketing & Engagement platform helping businesses grow their revenues via WhatsApp. They are a Complete WhatsApp Engagement Platform built on Official WhatsApp Business APIs.Job Roles and Responsibilities :Lead a team of developers/engineers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions.Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth and development.Collaborate with product managers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines.Architect scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.Drive best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.Identify technical risks and challenges early in the development process and propose solutions to mitigate them.Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.Lead by example by demonstrating a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.Qualification and Experience :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.4-6 years of experience as a technical lead or senior software engineer with a track record of successful project delivery.Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), frameworks, and technologies.Experience with agile development methodologies and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Other Details :PREFERRED TECHNOLOGIES :- Experience with Backend development using GoLang is a big plus.- Experience working with SQL Databases.- Configuration Management (Ansible or similar)- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) (ref:hirist.tech)
