Exprn: 5-8 yearsLocation :BangaloreNotice Period: Immediate Joiners/Max 15-20 daysJob Description:Security Engineer SeniorExperience : 5- 8 YearsRequired Skills:- Knowledge of Monitoring and Logging Tools- Vulnerability Scanning Tools.- Penetration Testing- AWS Tools and ServicesNice to have:- EKS and Kubernetes.- Knowledge of CI/CD Tools Roles & Responsibilities:- Define and Follow Best Practices: Establish and enforce best security practices in the development and deployment of applications and services in the cloud.- Vulnerability Validation: Conduct security assessments, including vulnerability analysis and penetration testing.- Generate Stories for Vulnerability Fixes: Translate identified vulnerabilities into user stories comprehensible for the development team.- Recommendations for Vulnerability Remediation: Provide clear and practical recommendations to address and mitigate identified vulnerabilities.- Security Strategy for New Versions of EKS: Develop and implement security strategies specific to new versions of EKS.- Collaborate on the automation of security tests in the CI/CD pipeline.- Threat Research and Trends: Stay abreast of threat trends and proactively seek potential security risks.- DevOps Team Training: Provide training and guidance to the DevOps team on secure practices.
