Description:
As an SAP ABAP Functional Expert with 2-3 years of experience, you will be expected to work independently, demonstrating strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for designing solutions, driving stakeholder discussions for solution agreement, and adhering to project processes to ensure smooth and timely delivery.Desired Competencies :Must-Have :Technical Skills :- Proficiency in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (including Smart Forms and Adobe Forms), and Webdynpro.- Experience in OData is an added advantage.- Ability to code following inline declaration standards and object-oriented programming (OOPs) concepts.Functional Exposure :- Good exposure to SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), and Materials Management (MM).Independent Problem Solving :- Capability to work independently and propose feasible solutions for business requirements.Analytical Skills :- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.Good-to-Have :Implementation Experience :- Experience with 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.Workflow Knowledge :- Experience or knowledge in SAP Workflow.Agile Methodology :- Experience working in Agile projects, with knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.SAP Fiori Skills :- Desirable experience in SAP Fiori, including design and development.Key Responsibilities :Solution Design : - Design SAP ABAP solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of SAP modules.- Drive discussions with stakeholders to reach an agreement on the proposed solutions.Independent Work :- Work independently on ABAP development tasks, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, meeting project timelines and quality standards.Stakeholder Management : - Collaborate with different stakeholders, including business users, functional consultants, and technical teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on solution design.Process Adherence :- Adhere to client project processes and methodologies, ensuring compliance with project governance and delivery guidelines.- Ensure smooth and on-time delivery of ABAP development tasks and deliverables.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.- Strong technical skills in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF), with exposure to Webdynpro and OData.- Experience working with SAP modules such as SD, FICO, and MM.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and drive stakeholder discussions for solution agreement.- Knowledge or experience in SAP Workflow, Agile methodologies, and SAP Fiori is desirable.
