Description:
Key Responsibilities: - Java Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java applications. - Spring/Spring Boot: Utilize expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks for building robust and efficient microservices. - AWS Serverless Technologies: Architect, implement, and optimize serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions. - Terraform: Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing AWS resources. - Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices-based architecture for improved scalability and maintainability. - API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between microservices. - Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standards. - Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other potential issues within the applications. - Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to design, development, and deployment processes. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Java Developer with a focus on serverless architecture. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Java programming language. - In-depth knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. - Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and Step Functions. - Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and API development. - Solid understanding of cloud-native principles and best practices. Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
