Job Overview : As the Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products/services to our clients/customers. You will lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities :Leadership and Team Management :- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of delivery professionals.- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure high performance.- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Project Planning and Execution :- Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the plan.- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.- Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices.Client Relationship Management :- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/customers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.Quality Assurance and Delivery Excellence :- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.- Implement measures to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Financial Management :- Monitor project budgets and financial performance.- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.- Ensure that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a delivery or project management capacity.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
