What will you do? - Provide technical leadership and vision for the SaaS application, staying up-to-date on modern web technologies and best practices. - Lead the engineering team in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the application. - Break down user stories and product requirements into actionable technical tasks. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to help them grow their skills. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and implement a sustainable testing strategy for the application. - Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the team. - Track project progress and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions. Skills & Competencies :- 6+ yrs of Strong experience with modern web technologies (including Typescript, React/NextJS, Node/NestJS). - Good knowledge of Cloud (AWS/OCI) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). - Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. - You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard. - You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments. What do we look for? - You possess a Degree in Engineering or a related field and have at least 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with 1+ years of experience leading teams. - Experience of working in a SaaS platform company is preferred.
