Role : PostgreSQL DevOpsJob Description : Must-Have : - Implement and maintain the cloud infrastructure for GDP.- Ensure the smooth operation of our environment.- Evaluate new technologies in the field of infrastructure automation and cloud computing.- Look for opportunities to improve performance, reliability and automation.- Provide DevOps capability to team mates and customers.- Resolve incidents and change requests.- Document Solutions and communicate it to the usersAs an Technical Architect, he/she would be responsible for providing technology and architectural direction and guidance to the organization.Key Requirements/Skills/Experience :- Our platform is a diverse product consisting of several technologies.- This characteristic is reflected in our cross functional team of individuals who have a deep understanding of their technical specialty and at the same time can work outside of their comfort zone.- We encourage to contribute your individual strengths and personality to the team and give you the room to develop some new skills and experiences.- Advanced experience with Linux incl. Scripting (Bash, Python).- Advanced experience with Cloud Infrastructure / Cloud Services (preferable on Microsoft Azure).- Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Nomad).- Log and metrics management (ELK Stack), Monitoring (Prometheus).- Infrastructure as code / Deployment and configuration automation (Ansible, Terraform).- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Nexus etc.).- Infrastructure Security Principles.- Networking.Good-to-Have :- Experience as a DevOps working closely with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.- Understanding and practical knowledge of Cloud Architecture (preferably Azure and AWS) and styles (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS), and containerization (Docker).- Committed to Active Development: follows a disciplined software development lifecycle, including version control (git), automated testing, code reviews, etc.- Coding skills in Python, Go or Ruby.
