Required Skills :- Solid understanding of core HR ABAP concepts.- Experience working with all RICEF-W objects: Reports (R), Interfaces (I), Conversions (C), Enhancements (E), Workflows (W).- Proven experience in data migration and integration using web services and APIs.- Hands-on experience with OData or Web Dynpro for building user interfaces.- Experience developing reports using Smart Forms or Adobe Forms.- Familiarity with BDCs (Batch Data Communication) and BAPIs (Business Application Programming Interfaces).- Proven ability to develop classic ABAP reports and ALV (ABAP List Viewer) reports.- Experience with SAP enhancements and BADIs (Business Add-Ins) for customizing standard functionality.- Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.- Knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (a plus).Responsibilities :- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for HR functionalities.- Develop and maintain ABAP programs for various HR processes.- Perform data migration and integration tasks using web services and APIs.- Build user-friendly interfaces for HR applications using OData or Web Dynpro.- Create reports using Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, classic ABAP reports, and ALV reports.- Implement enhancements and BADIs to extend standard HR functionalities.- Maintain existing ABAP code and ensure code quality.- Collaborate effectively with HR specialists, business analysts, and other developers.
