Job Title : Manager, Service Reliability EngineerCommon accountabilities : - Manages a team of Staff employees and has accountability for their performance and results.- Sets performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions.- Defines a vision for the team in line with the department strategy and operational challenges and translates it into a concrete action plan.- Works with a high level of autonomy, with some guidance from Senior Manager.- Acts as a reference across multiple areas, anticipating solutions to complex problems.- Optimizes efficiency based on knowledge and experience with the policies, procedures and business plan.Specific accountabilities : - Manage application operations for Amadeus Core Services end to end.Technical skills : - Setup CI CD pipelines using Jenkins- Hands-on work experience in Openshift and Kubernetes- Hands-on with Ansible, Python and shell script- Hands on with Cloud Azure- Should be able to setup CD with Argo CD- Should be able to orchestrate the different automations- Should be familiar working with SQL and No-SQL DB- Mandatory to be hands on any cloud technology- Should be able to add alerting an monitoring preferable using Grafana and PrometheusChange and Release Management : - Manage and execute change, release and test processes and drive automation of these processesProblem & Incident Management : - Produces deliverables and carries out problem investigations, support or change management activities within timescales and standards defined by Team Leader or Project Leader.- Follows the company's IT best practices and security guidelines.- Focusses on building Business KnowledgeDiversity & Inclusion :We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and seek to hire the best candidate regardless of age, beliefs, disability, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.
