About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Twilio UI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for our Twilio Flex-based applications. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of React, Flex components, and UI best practices to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces that support our business use cases.Responsibilities:Twilio Flex Expertise:- Possess strong experience developing user interfaces for Twilio Flex, utilizing the Flex UI component library and APIs.- Demonstrate a clear understanding of Flex plugins and the ability to create custom plugins as needed.React Development:- Be an expert in React development, including component structure, state management, and best practices.- Experience with building reusable and maintainable UI components is essential.UI/UX Focus:- While we provide internal UX support, you will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into user-centric UI designs.- Possess a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for building intuitive and engaging interfaces.Front-End Development:- Possess a solid foundation in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS (preprocessors like Sass/LESS are a plus), and JavaScript (ES6+).Additional Skills:- Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library is a plus.- Familiarity with accessibility best practices (WCAG) is a plus.- Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
