About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) using your in-depth knowledge of IaC tools, DevOps principles, and automation scripting. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud solutions, automating infrastructure provisioning, and troubleshooting complex IT issues across cloud and on-premise environments.Responsibilities :Cloud Expertise :- Possess 5+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, preferably either Microsoft Azure or AWS.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IaaS and PaaS offerings within your chosen cloud platform.- Experience designing, building, and deploying cloud-based solution architectures.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :- Be an expert in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools, particularly Terraform.- Utilize IaC to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.DevOps and Automation :- Possess a strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.- Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.- Experience troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and resolving deployment-related issues.Cloud Administration and Operations :- In-depth knowledge of cloud security, networking, virtualization, load balancing, and storage within your chosen cloud platform (Azure or AWS).- Experience managing Azure services like ILB, App Gateway, and Traffic Managers (for Azure) or managing AWS security groups, network, virtualization, load balancers, and storage services (for AWS).- Provide Level 3 support for cloud platforms and troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.Application Deployment :- Experience deploying applications like web apps, web services, and applications hosted on IIS/Azure Service Environments/Azure Service Fabric (for Azure) or other deployment methods (for AWS).Monitoring and Alerting :- Understanding of various monitoring tools (e.g., Axonius, Zabbix, Opsramp, SCOM, F5, AppDynamics, PRTG, PagerDuty) for proactive issue identification.Additional Skills :- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus.- Understanding of incident and change management processes (ITIL preferred).- Hands-on experience with IIS administration (if applicable).- Good understanding of networking tools and troubleshooting techniques.- Working knowledge of storage and backup administration.Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).Certifications :- Certifications in Azure or AWS are highly preferred.- Certifications in Windows or Linux administration are a plus.
