Role : Full-Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)Do you have a passion for building innovative web applications and a knack for tackling challenges across the entire development stack? Are you a versatile developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies? If so, then we want you on our team!About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the entire development lifecycle, from designing user interfaces to writing clean and efficient code. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and databases to build robust and scalable web applications that meet our users' needs.Responsibilities :Full-Stack Development :- Possess a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a variety of programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, C#, Visual Basic, and other object-oriented programming (OOP) languages.- Design and develop user-friendly web interfaces using expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.- Implement web services using both SOAP and RESTful APIs.- Develop the server-side logic of web applications using Spring Framework (or similar) and best practices like MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern.Database Management :- Write clean and efficient SQL code following best practices for data manipulation and retrieval.- Ensure database security by implementing the principle of least privilege for user roles and permissions.- Possess experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and potentially MongoDB.Tools and Technologies :- Utilize development tools like IBM Rational Development Studio (or Eclipse), Spring Tool Suite, Visual Studio Code, and version control systems like SVN effectively.Plus Factors :- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs is a plus.- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment methodologies is a plus.- A strong understanding of design patterns and clean coding principles is a plus.
