About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated OBIEE Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Oracle's OBIEE suite (OBIEE/OAS/OAC). You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of OBIEE and your understanding of data warehousing concepts to develop user-friendly reports, dashboards, and analyses that empower our users to make data-driven decisions.Responsibilities :Technical Expertise :- Possess 5-8 years of experience in BI development and implementation, specifically with OBIEE/OAS/OAC tools.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.- Possess expertise in developing and maintaining the various layers of the OBIEE repository, including the Physical, Business Model, Mapping, and Presentation Layers.Development and Implementation :- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.- Design and develop complex OBIEE reports, dashboards, and analyses to meet specific business needs.- Utilize OBIEE features like calculations, variables, conditional formatting, and security to deliver interactive and informative visualizations.- Implement data cleansing and transformation techniques within OBIEE to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Testing and Maintenance :- Perform thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and accuracy of developed BI solutions.- Maintain and troubleshoot existing OBIEE reports and dashboards as needed.Communication and Collaboration :- Collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the BI development lifecycle.- Possess excellent communication skills to document technical specifications and explain complex BI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Desired Skills and Experience :- Experience with other BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.- Experience with data visualization best practices is a plus.- Experience with SQL and familiarity with data warehousing ETL processes is a plus.- Experience with Oracle technologies like ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
