Job Description :- Providing primary support by dealing with user requests and responding to their day-to-day problems.- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.- Monitors network utilization and performance. - Implementing procedures and tools for network optimization, reliability, and availability.- Continuous improvement of support procedures, tools, and runtime environment.- Developing security measures to protect computer networks from unauthorized access, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus software. - Liaising with vendors & procurement of IT products.- Support Windows Server environment- Infrastructure Project Management as well as time management will be key to this role- Having full responsibility for asset management over software & manual database.- Forecasting the IT infrastructure requirement as required for the development.- Firewall implementation and configuration will be added advantages.- Excellent IT analytical/troubleshooting skills are essential.- Must have Knowledge of configuration CISCO switches and routers.- Experience in handling multiple displays within a single PC with the configuration of a Graphic card.- Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems- VOIP & IPABX configuration- WI-FI AP Managing over controller base interphase.
