Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Integration Developer (HCM) is an IT professional who specializes in building and maintaining integrations between Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other internal/external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).- Collaborate with business analysts, HR stakeholders, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop and maintain documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed integrations.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations in a timely manner.- Stay current with Oracle Cloud technologies and recommend best practices for integration development.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience working as an Oracle Integration Developer with a focus on HCM integrations.- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).- Familiarity with various Oracle Cloud services such as Oracle Integration, Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Adapters, etc.- Experience in creating and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services for building integrations between different applications and systems.- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionality.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Groovy, or Python.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration 2020 Associate) are a plus.
