Position Overview :As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading client delivery squads as part of our global program. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our client's unique business requirements, utilizing your expertise in Core Lightning and Apex development.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, offering insights to inform decision-making and solution design.- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and propose innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Salesforce technology, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings and delivery capabilities.Skills and Qualifications :- Extensive experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Core Lightning and Apex development.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative customization, data modeling, and integration patterns.- Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders by effectively demonstrating Salesforce capabilities and articulating the value of proposed solutions.- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining Salesforce presence, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving adoption across the organization.- Experience driving the Agile release train, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative enhancements and maximize value delivery.- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of excellence.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Experience working in an Agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.- Passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with emerging trends and advancements in the Salesforce ecosystem.Certifications Preferred : - Salesforce Certified Application Architect- Salesforce Certified System Architect (ref:hirist.tech)
