At LenDenClub we believe in creating leaders and with you coming on board you get to work with complete freedom to chase your ultimate career goal without any inhibitions.Job Responsibilities :- Analyze large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends.- Develop statistical models and algorithms to identify patterns and correlations in the data.- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.- Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges.- Develop data-driven strategies to address business problems and optimize processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with overall business goals.- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations- Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.- Build predictive models to forecast future trends, customer behavior, and business outcomes.- Evaluate model performance, make necessary adjustments, and iterate to improve accuracy.- Implement machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across different databases and sources.- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in the field of data analytics.- Work closely with marketing, Credit, product development teams to provide analytical support.- Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to streamline data pipelines and integration- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on analytics best practices.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.- Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
