Candidates who are based out of Delhi NCR will be preferredMust Have Skills : ASP.NET MVC & MSSQL (Minimum Experience of 3-5 Years with ASP.NET MVC and Adio.net)Work from OfficeProject Role Description : Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role requires a proactive developer capable of creating efficient and scalable software solutions.Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :- Design, code, test, and manage various applications.- Collaborate with the team and product team to establish best products.- Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.- Independently deliver applications while understanding and integrating business processes.Technical Experience :- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET for data access- Proficient in Web API, JSON, CSS, HTML, Jquery.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Functions, Tables, and Cursors.- Experience in Typescript, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.- Previous experience with HRMS solutions is preferable, indicating familiarity with human resources processes.Professional Attributes :- Take responsibility for offshore development support for clients' IT and business conduct requirements.- Engage in requirements clarification, technical design/development, and defect/issue triage activities for the project.- Support business testing and/or UAT, including the resolution of identified defects.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently as a strong individual contributor.Responsibilities :- Design, code, test, and manage various applications.- Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish the best products.- Adhere to outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.- Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning.This job description is structured to clearly communicate the specific skills and experiences required for the role, emphasizing the importance of ADO.NET expertise over Entity Framework, which aligns more closely with your technical requirements.
