Job Description :As a Senior EBS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development and customization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support customizations and extensions within the EBS environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and possess a deep understanding of EBS modules and architecture.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and customize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.- Design and implement solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, including code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing.- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EBS customizations, integrations, and performance optimizations.- Stay current with Oracle EBS technology trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Minimum Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development and customization.- Strong expertise in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development, including personalization, extension, and customization.- Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Workflow, and other relevant Oracle EBS technologies.- Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or CRM.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :- Oracle EBS certification(s) is a plus.- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies (SOA Suite, WebCenter) is desirable.- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS) and integration with EBS is a plus.- Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
