Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for software implementation projects for the company - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing and validation to ensure that software solutions meet industry standards and client expectations.- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on software implementation projects within the Financial Services industry.- Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and negotiate project priorities.- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.- Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and platforms (e.g., banking systems, trading platforms) is preferred.Other Details :Location : NoidaCTC : 15 LPA MaxNotice Period : 1 month max (ref:hirist.tech)
