Job Title : Technical Lead MERN StackExperience : 6+ Year Location : Jaipur/JodhpurResponsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers, providing technical guidance, support, and coaching.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and technical architecture.- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using the MERN stack.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies within the team.- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.- Drive innovation and suggest improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience 4+ years working as a MERN stack developer with expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading and managing development teams.- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and web development principles.- Experience in developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrating third-party services.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
