Must Have Skills :- Proven track record of working in the Utilities Industry- Proven track record of consulting in the Utilities Industry- Proven experience of having worked with Enterprise Applications in the Utilities Industry (SAP, Oracle, etc)- Good understanding of digital transformations taking place in the Utilities Industry- Strong spoken and written communication/articulation skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities within constraints (timelines and others)- Proficiency in Enterprise Applications such as SAP, Oracle, etc., specifically tailored to the Utilities Industry- Knowledge of IT architecture and design principles relevant to the Utilities sector- Experience with digital transformation technologies and trends in the Utilities Industry (e.g., IoT, AI, Cloud Computing)- Understanding of data integration and management within the Utilities domain- Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance standards- Ability to analyze and interpret technical requirements for business solutions in the Utilities sector- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)- Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders- A proven team player- Proven CXO engagement skillsMust Have Experience :- 15 + years of experience with multiple customers, having proven client facing tenures- At least 3 engagements in consulting involving Utilities industry- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalentResponsibilities :- Lead Consulting and Advisory for large Transformation programs- Establish/strengthen Utilities advisory within the ESU- Support talent grooming for functional consultants in the unit/organization- Engage with senior management and influence their decisions with PoVs & Thought Leadership- Leverage his/her broad business and technology expertise to address key topics related to architecture, design, business model and integration for the Utilities Industry- Contribute in Knowledge Management around engagements and best practices- Plan and manage events for customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends (ref:hirist.tech)
