Our client is an Indian financial institution fostering inclusivity by connecting lenders and underserved borrowers, specializing in sectors like microfinance and small business loans. They facilitate credit access through risk mitigation, tailored financing, and tech platforms, contributing to economic growth and financial inclusion.Some of the key responsibilities will include :- Spearhead the delivery lifecycle, engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations for respective modules/applications.- Collaborate with architects and team members to craft and execute comprehensive project plans.- Demonstrate adeptness in navigating ambiguity, ensuring timely project delivery while upholding quality standards.- Effectively manage diverse teams comprising developers, vendors, and business users, fostering collaboration and synergy.- Proactively address conflicts and guide the resolution process to maintain project momentum.- Exhibit self-reliance in leading deliveries autonomously, ensuring optimal efficiency even with minimal supervision.To be eligible for this role you will require :- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Microservices (utilizing Spring Boot), and Containerization.- Familiarity or hands-on experience with front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS.- Demonstrated competence with API Gateways (preferably NGINX) and AD authentication.- Proven track record in testing frameworks like JUnit/Mockito or Selenium/Cucumber.- Practical experience in Angular and proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (especially Postgres, CouchDB) encompassing design and query implementation.- Working experience with messaging systems (preferably Kafka), Docker, and Kubernetes.- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms and Kubernetes.- Clear understanding of Computer Science algorithms and adeptness in design patterns.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields (preferably CSE) with 7+ years of relevant industry experience.- Profound expertise in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
