Description:

Job Description : - Manage and administer OpenShift clusters, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.- Deploy and scale applications on OpenShift using Kubernetes-based container orchestration.- Strong hands-on experience working with Docker, Kubernetes- Ability to work with Infrastructures and Platforms including IaaS, PaaS, Cloud technologies and tools for Continuous Delivery (CD).- CNCF Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or CNCF Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is added advantage.- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using one or more of the following: Jenkins, ArgoCD, Github Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines etc- Monitor system performance and health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure uptime and reliability.- Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and provide guidance on best practices for deploying and managing applications on OpenShift.- Implement security policies and practices to secure OpenShift clusters and containerized applications.- Automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations using scripting languages and automation tools.- Ability to collaborate with development engineers, understand priorities, understand code risk, meet deadlines, have a strong sense of responsibility, and work with minimal supervision.- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to containerization, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
