Description:

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain highly responsive and performant web applications using React.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented JavaScript code using object-oriented principles and design patterns.- Utilize state-management frameworks like Redux or MobX to manage complex application state.- Integrate client-side templating languages like Handlebars or Mustache for dynamic content rendering.- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data into the front-end.- Build and automate front-end build pipelines using Grunt or Gulp.- Write unit tests using frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, or Karma to ensure code quality and maintainability.- Implement responsive design principles using techniques like fluid grids and frameworks like Bootstrap.- Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end development trends and technologies.- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional web applications.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers.Minimum Qualifications:- 6-11 years of experience in front-end development.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education covering Math, Algorithms, Data Structures, Networking, Databases, Operating Systems, and Graphics.- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+ preferred).- Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS) and JavaScript libraries like jQuery, React.js, etc.- Proven experience building React applications from scratch.- Familiarity with a state-management framework like Redux (with middlewares) or MobX.- Experience working with client-side templating languages like Handlebars, Mustache, etc.- Experience working with Node.js along with setting up frontend build systems and automating the same using Grunt / Gulp.Additional Skills (Preferred):- Familiarity with MV- frameworks (AngularJS, Backbone.js, or similar).- Experience using TDD (Test-Driven Development) in JavaScript.- Experience with accessibility best practices.- Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel.- Experience with UI/UX design principles.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
