Description:
Roles & Responsibilities : - Collaborate with end users to address issues related to Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) application usage, including configuration, customization, and functional problem-solving.- Work alongside cross-functional teams to understand business processes and align JDE functionalities with client requirements.- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within the Oracle JDE ERP system, managing system integrations to and from JDE Edwards.- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and lead the team in identifying and recommending technical solutions for issue resolution and enhancements, covering areas such as functional configuration, reporting, interfaces, data integrations, and customizations.- Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that automate and optimize technical performance and finance processes.- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement permanent solutions for incidents.- Review existing solutions, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and enhance systems accordingly.- Willingness to work in shifts, provide hand-over to global teams, and offer on-call support during off-business hours.- Require 5-8 years of relevant experience, including expertise in JD Edwards World modules, configuration, customization, and integration.- Possess a strong understanding of finance & accounting, land development & construction management, purchasing & sales, or master data & reporting within JD Edwards systems.- Demonstrate proficiency in JD Edwards integration techniques, data migration, and reporting tools.- Experience in a Managed Services environment providing application support, with a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.- Familiarity with finance reporting tools like Reports Now is advantageous, as well as knowledge or experience with other finance ERPs such as Oracle Hyperion, Essbase, MetaViewer, or Accounts Payable (AP) automation tools.
