Key Responsibilities :- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.- Ensure the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic, adhering to security and data protection protocols.- Utilize Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Bootstrap, and CSS to develop robust applications. Lead the integration of front-end and back-end aspects of the applications.- Working with project managers, clients, and the design team to understand the end-user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.Research, evaluate, and implement new technology to optimize application development. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.- As the team grows, mentor junior developers and guide them in their projects- Work with project managers and the design team to understand the end-user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong Python skills.- Proficient in Django or similar Python frameworks.- Experience with front-end technologies, including Bootstrap and CSS, to create dynamic and highly responsive user interfaces.- Strong understanding of databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and caching mechanisms like Redis.- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Strong communication and project management skills.- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.Nice to Have :- Experience with ReactJS and/or HTMX.- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Previous experience leading a team of software engineers.- Experience building B2B web apps in the E-commerce industry.
