About the Role: We're seeking a full-time business analyst to join our team and contribute to transforming data into actionable insights that shape our business strategies. - Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine enthusiasm for data, is essential.- Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis to inform strategic business decisions, creating insightful reports and interactive dashboards, and enhancing our data infrastructure. - Proficiency in advanced Excel, and SQL is required for this role. - This position offers an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the realms of business analysis and business intelligence within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:- Understand what the business wants and make plans to analyze data to help them.- Gather, organize, and clean data from different places using tools like SQL, Excel, and Python.- Look through data to find trends, patterns, and connections.- Create visual representations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.- Create dashboards to keep track of important things.- Check to make sure the data is good and fix any problems with it.- Write down how to do certain tech jobs and work with other tech people to get them done.- Help out with any special data requests from the business.- Keep learning about the best ways to work with data.- Join meetings with your team and help make rules for how to do things.- Keep private information safe and follow rules about it.Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field. - Good at Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and SQL. - Preferably with proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry or technology sector.- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or other relevant software is a plus.
