Roles and Responsibilities:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a focus on AEM development. - Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices. - Experience with Java/J2EE development, Spring framework, and web technologies.- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. - Developer Testing & Software Quality: Demonstrated ability in rigorous testing practices, ensuring quality across unit, integration, functional, and performance testing. - AEM Configuration: Proven experience using and configuring Adobe Cloud Manager. - AEM Development Standards : A commitment to delivering high-performance and production-quality solutions. Preferred Hands-on Experience: - AEM-Specific Technologies: Proficient in Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, and CRXDE. - AEM Site Management: In-depth knowledge of AEM Multi-Site framework, Live Copy, Language Copy. - Component Development: Mastery in AEM page template and component development using Project Archetypes. - AEM Components: Extensive experience with AEM core components and enhancing them via Proxy components. - Advanced AEM Features: Expertise in integrating GraphQL with AEM Content fragments and managing AEM Experience Fragments. - SPA Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and CMSdriven SPAs within AEM. - Java Content Repository (JCR): Solid understanding of the JCR API and the OSGi framework. - Code Quality: Profound knowledge of design patterns and best practices to develop high-quality, clean code. - Front-End Libraries: Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with strong experience in ExtJs and jQuery. - Collaborative Development: Extensive experience in pair programming and detailed code reviews. - Testing: Comprehensive testing acumen across all levels of development. - Project Management Tools: Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management/documentation tools.
