About the Role :We are seeking a motivated and experienced Back-End Drupal Developer to join our growing web development team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing new features and functionalities for our Drupal website. You will leverage your expertise in back-end development, Drupal architecture, and custom module creation to ensure a high-performing, secure, and user-friendly online experience.Responsibilities :Drupal Development :- Design and implement innovative features and functionalities to enhance the website's capabilities.- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between back-end and front-end components.- Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules to meet specific business requirements.- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure effective implementation.- Participate in code reviews and maintain a high standard of code quality.Technical Expertise :- Possess strong knowledge of Drupal 8/9 core functionalities, including data architecture, display management, and information architecture.- Implement best practices for Drupal security and performance optimization.- Manage all technical aspects of the Drupal CMS, including user management, configuration, and maintenance.Collaboration & Communication :- Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly website experience.- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Skills & Qualifications :- 2+ years of experience developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP in a LAMP environment.- Ability to architect complex Drupal solutions, including data modeling, display management, and information architecture.- In-depth knowledge of core Drupal modules like CTools, Views, and Panels.- Experience creating custom Drupal modules to extend the functionality of the platform.- Proficiency in PHP, PHP files and theme functions, along with an understanding of the Drupal theme layer.- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies.- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
