Responsibilities :Provide technical support for the ERP related to the configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, systems testing, development, training, and documentation.Collaborate with other in-house application support team members to find solutions for further development of business processes within the application.Liaise with business and technical staff and extended support organizations for the resolution of ERP software and database problems.Development of test scenarios and monitoring of testing activities prior to changes being implemented to the production environment.Perform screen, table, and program modifications as needed in accordance with change management policies.Maintaining SQL / HANA BackupsUser support with respect to SAP-related queriesAble to develop and deploy reports using crystal reports in SAP B1Crystal Reports preparationCustomize and Develop Reports in Excel Report, Crystal Report.Developing PLDs, Query Print Layouts.Writing SQL Queries and Store Procedures.Maintaining SBO backups, SQL / HANA Backup and RestoreMaintaining SQL / HANA backups and restoring backup as a testing database for testing purposesMigrating Master Data and Transactional Data using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).Requirements :Knowledge of DTW, SQL, and SAP Hana queries.Knowledge of end-to-end business processes.
