Position : QA Lead (5-8 Years experience) Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Location : Bangalore A Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that the final product follows the organization's quality standards before a product or service is delivered to the customer. Requirement : - Knowledge of Organizational Processes (Must).- Irrespective of Functions like Testing, Development, QA HR etc.- Strong knowledge of CMMI level processes (Must) - Experience in Process audits as per the organization or industry standard.- (Must) Responsible for ensuring each part of the production process meets the organization's quality standards.- Should be able to define the process within the organization.- (Must) Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist is an advantage (Optional).- Ex: Certification like Six sigma (Any belt) , Experience as a FAR member is an Advantage.- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.- Handle the testing team of 4-6.- Total 5-8 years' experience.- Plan and schedule testing activities.- Individually contribute in all critical Testing activities. Duties and responsibilities : - Will be responsible for everyday testing tasks and recommendations for releases.- Exposure to SQL and experience in database testing.- Identifies test scope, test requirements and coordinates/manages test cycles.- Review test plan, conducts walkthroughs of test deliverables.- Documents the risk and works to create a risk mitigation plan.- Provides root cause identification analysis and reports.- Provides test trend reports.- Works with the project team to recommend go/no go to production.- Defines and creates detailed training plans and co-ordinates training sessions when required.- Organizes, prepares and distributes communication plan - Good Knowledge on java, TestNG, Eclipse/Netbeans IDE and testing concepts - Providing solutions to technical problems and implement best practices, coordination capability and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
