Job Overview :We are looking for a Software Performance Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance analysis, proficiency in performance tools and methods, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct performance tests and measurements to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.- Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance enhancements.- Monitor system performance in production environments and troubleshoot issues as they arise.- Document performance testing processes, results, and recommendations.Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :- Prior contributions to Open Source projects or current Open Source Contributor.- Experience with Linux OS and Linux command line tools.- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting.- Familiarity with IBM Z architecture, including "Principles of Operations".- Knowledge of networking and storage concepts.- Experience with Linux on IBM Z is a plus.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Performance Analyst or in a similar role.- Profound knowledge in the application of performance tools and methods.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
