EXP - 6+ Years from Bangalore location only. Gitlab Tool is mandatory. Salesforce Release Manager :- Overall, 6 + years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager.- Responsible for creating and maintaining different sandboxes/orgs throughout the project lifecycle.- Implement branching and CI process for continuous deployments.- Release manager will co-ordinate with the development team, ops team and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery at different stages of the lifecycle.- Excellent knowledge in code deployment version conflict resolution.- Conduct release readiness reviews and contribute in Business Go/No-Go reviews.- Experience in one or more CICD Tools - GitLab, Copado, Flosum , Jenkins etc.- Create and maintain different sandboxes/orgs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring environments are properly configured for development, testing, and production. Branching and CI Process : - Implement branching strategies and Continuous Integration (CI) processes for continuous deployments, ensuring code quality and stability across environments. Team Coordination : - Coordinate with the development team, operations team, and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery at different stages of the lifecycle, including development, testing, and production deployment. - Contribute to Business Go/No-Go reviews, providing insights into the readiness of the application for production deployment based on release criteria and risk assessments.
