Responsibilities :- Communicate design and development details to the customer.- Evaluate test results against product specifications.- Break down complex problems into logical components.- Develop user interfaces and business software components.- Utilize data models and estimate time/resources for development.- Conduct and assess tests in customer or target environments.- Make prompt decisions on technical challenges.- Manage and mentor a team, handling people-related issues.- Maintain high motivation and positive dynamics within the team.- Interface with other teams and parallel practices.- Set goals for self and team, provide feedback to team members.- Create impactful technical presentations.- Uphold business etiquette in communication.- Lead conference calls with customers, addressing queries.- Proactively seek and offer assistance.- Work under pressure, manage dependencies and risks, handle multiple tasks.- Build customer confidence by timely delivery of quality products.- Estimate time and resources for feature development/debugging.Knowledge Examples :- Proficiency in software programs/modules.- Functional and technical designing.- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.- Database management systems (DBMS).- Operating systems and software platforms.- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).- Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).- Integrated Development Environment (IDE).- Rapid Application Development (RAD).- Modelling technologies and languages.- Interface Definition Languages (IDL).- Broad knowledge of customer domains and deep understanding of relevant subdomains.Additional Comments :- End-to-End support and enhancement of Archive Purge of Data in Oracle DB using Solix Archive Purge Solution.Required Skills : - Expertise in SOLIX implementation, support, and enhancement of Archive Purge Solution, including maintenance, setup, configuration, etc, in SOLIX and Oracle database environment.- Experience in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL programming required for development, performance tuning, debugging, etc.Skills :- Oracle RDBMS, Debugging, Performance Tuning.
