Role Overview :- Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery.- Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solving.- Translate stated or implied client needs into researchable hypotheses.- Develop sophisticated analysis plans to test those hypotheses given data and resource availability, time, etc.- Effectively guide the team around problem structuring and use of analytics (tools and techniques) to carry out analysis.- Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings.- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients.- Able to work in dual shore engagement across multiple time zones.- Manage business uncertainty.- Secure new opportunities within existing account relationship.- Assess customer needs, pain points, behaviors, activation levers, headroom for growth, value propositions, etc.- Manage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations.- Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to client. Brief Job Description :- Devise innovative and actionable solutions for complex business problems.- Own key aspects of analytical projects.- Be responsible for building client ready visualizations based on the analysis and direct communication with the client.- Create project plans, get buy-in from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan. Competencies Required :- Proficient working knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL & Tableau is a must.- Hands on experience in data manipulation using SQL and Alteryx tool and creating dashboards using Tableau is must.- Knowledge and understanding of Python is good to have.- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.- Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis, interpretation and articulation of results.- Multi-tasking and prioritizing is of high importance.- Candidates with 3+ years should have exp in stakeholder management, business transformation, team management and client management.Responsibilities :- Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop (preferred) or any other visualization tool around campaign performance.- Connect Power BI / Viz tool to different data sources, import data and transform data for understanding various marketing campaign performance.- Proficient in creating complex DAX queries, bookmarks, SAS Base, Macros.- Implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI, develop tabular/multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards using M-Query.- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports and to visualize various trends as per the business requirements.
