We are seeking a Infrastructure Specialist, having hands on Vmware 7 and above.Location - Mumbai (WFO)Your Future Employer- A top-tier Business Process Management (BPM) leader with 400+ global clients. Responsibilities :- Manage and maintain virtualized infrastructure with expertise in VMware, vSphere, and Hyper-V technologies.- Oversee Citrix VDI or Citrix Daas environments to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.- Plan and execute data center environment refreshes, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless transitions.- Utilize Microsoft Intune for efficient device management and security enforcement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize Active Directory, Azure, DHCP, and SAN solutions.- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with international clients, addressing needs and concerns confidently.- Provide rotational support (24x5) to ensure continuous infrastructure maintenance and support.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5+ years of experience with VMware (version 7 and above) and Hyper-V.- 4+ years of experience with Citrix VDI or Citrix Daas.- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.- Prior experience in planning and executing data center environment refreshes.- Domain-specific certifications preferred.- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, DHCP, and SAN technologies.- Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with international clients.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What is in for you :- A stimulating working environment with equal employment opportunities.- Growing of skills while working with industry leaders and top brands.- A meritocratic culture with great career progression.Disclaimer- Crescendo Global specializes in Senior to C-level niche recruitment.
