Job Title : Platform Security EngineerExperience Required : 5-10 yearsLocation : GurgaonJob Type : Full-timeJob Summary : We are seeking a Platform Security Engineer with expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure platforms with a focus on access controls and identity management.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement PAM and IAM solutions across the platform.- Manage the lifecycle of digital identities and ensure secure access to systems and data.- Develop and enforce access policies and procedures.- Monitor and audit access controls to prevent unauthorized access.- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate PAM and IAM practices into the broader security framework.Mandatory Skills :- In-depth knowledge of PAM solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.- Experience with IAM technologies and services, including directory services, SSO, and federation.- Proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline PAM/IAM processes.- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to access management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.- Experience with cloud platforms and services.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
