Job Description :Cloud Management : Monitor and manage cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and security teams, to align cloud initiatives with organizational goalsStay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.Project Management : Manage the project from start to finish.Resource Management : Handle the team's resources effectively.Risk Management : Identify and address project risks and issues.Meeting Facilitation : Lead project meetings and discussionsProblem Solving : Remove obstacles hindering the team's progress.Reporting : Share project updates and issues with stakeholder and senior managementCommitment Setting : Help the team determine what they can accomplish.Coordination : Ensure tasks are assigned and executed across teamsArchitectural Support : Work with architects on architecture backlog management, prototypes, and technical groomingDelegation : Assign projects based on team members' strengthsPlanning : Create detailed project plansSkill Development : Develop leadership skills in the team.Estimation : Make accurate project time estimatesCode Quality : Maintain high-quality code standards.Technology Analysis : Stay updated on tech challenges and opportunities.Feasibility Analysis : Assess project feasibility.Team Building : Participate in hiring and onboarding activities.Conflict Resolution : Resolve conflicts and promote problem-solving.Skill Set :Good knowledge of one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure,Good knowledge of container technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like KubernetesUnderstanding and experience with serverless computing models, such as AWS Lambda or Azure FunctionsStrong understanding of cloud security best practicesDeep knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server and front-end frameworksGood understanding of JavaScript frameworks like React or AngularSolid understanding of computer architecture and server platform hardwareCapable of building a new team and mentoring team membersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood Management SkillsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProven hands-on Software Development experience.Proven working experience in Microsoft technologies.Should have extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using C#, ASP.NET and SQL ServerObject Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.Knowledge of NoSQL would be an added advantage.Must have led a team of at least 10 engineers.Competency :Technical ProficiencySupervising OthersProblem SolvingRisk ManagementInterpersonal communicationMotivating othersCommunication SkillsManage PerformanceOrganizing & Task ManagementBuilding Effective TeamsDeveloping Team and : Computers, B.Tech, B.E, IT, Msc IT, MCA, MS, MSCCertification : Relevant cloud certifications from providers like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
