About the job :Key Responsibilities :- Data Analysis : Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.- Predictive Modeling : Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict outcomes, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.- Algorithm Development : Design and implement algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.- Statistical Analysis : Apply statistical methods to validate hypotheses, conduct A/B testing, and measure performance.- Data Visualization : Create visually compelling and intuitive dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and apply them to enhance our analytical capabilities.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).- Proven experience (X years) working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.Proficiency in programming languages : Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL databases.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
