Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain Okta solutions to meet business requirements.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design appropriate solutions.- Configure Okta integrations with various applications and systems.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta implementations.- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.- Stay up-to-date with Okta's latest features and best practices- Experience with Okta : A strong understanding of Okta's platform, including authentication, authorization, and identity management solutions.- Programming Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar, as Okta provides SDKs and APIs that developers use to integrate its services into applications.- Identity and Access Management (IAM) Knowledge : Understanding of IAM concepts, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), user provisioning, and directory services.- API Integration : Ability to integrate Okta services into various applications and systems using Okta APIs and SDKs.- Security Awareness : Knowledge of security best practices and standards related to identity and access management, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT.- Web Development Skills : Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management within applications.- Teamwork and Communication : Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Continuous Learning : Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and updates in Okta's platform.- Certifications : Optional, but some employers may prefer or require certifications such as Okta Certified Developer or Okta Certified Administrator.
