The Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, overseeing software development projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The role involves hands-on coding, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and implementing microservices using Java, and applying design patterns to develop scalable and efficient applications. This is an on-site role, and the Team Lead will be based in Mumbai. Qualifications:- Strong software development skills with proficiency in Java- Experience in leading and managing teams- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices- Knowledge of design patterns and their application in software development- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in computer science or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
