Responsibilities:As an Sr. QA Tester you are responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through challenging testing procedures. As a senior member of the QA team, collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. - Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, including prioritizing tasks, assigning work to team members, and monitoring progress. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements and quality enhancements. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing, and share knowledge with the team. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. - Collaborate with the Team Leads/Manager to establish and enforce QA standards, policies, and procedures.Skills Required: - Min. 4+ years of hands-on QA testing - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). - Solid knowledge of defect tracking systems and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). - Ability to analyze requirements and technical specifications to create effective test cases. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies. - Effectively work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fast-moving environment - Strong testing skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to address technical and non-technical audiences in English. - Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner. - Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a (related field).
