Role : Senior Visual Designer Key Responsibilities :Visual Design Creation :- Conceptualize, design, and refine captivating visual designs for our mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, user needs, and industry best practices.Visual Strategy Development : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive visual strategy that enhances user engagement, brand recognition, and overall user experience.Graphic Design and Interaction :- Create compelling graphics, intuitive interactions, and visually appealing icons that elevate the usability and aesthetics of our apps.Design Systems and Guidelines :- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and design principles to streamline the design process, promote consistency, and facilitate collaboration across teams.Process Improvement : - Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize design workflows, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and ensure seamless execution of design initiatives.Team Leadership and Collaboration : - Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design, with a focus on mobile applications.- Proven track record of creating visually stunning and user-centric designs for mobile apps, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and design documentation.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
