Job Summary :As a Web 3.0 Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative Web 3.0 projects, including decentralized applications (DApps), blockchain solutions, and other emerging technologies. With 3-4 years of project management experience, ideally in the blockchain or tech space, you are expected to drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Responsibilities :- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans that align with the company's strategic goals in the blockchain and decentralized technology space. Adjust plans based on evolving needs and challenges.- Risk Management: Identify project risks related to blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized governance, and implement strategies to mitigate them.- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including developers, investors, and partners, ensuring transparency and alignment across all phases of the project.- Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the optimal use of funds and personnel.- Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to manage projects, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adaptation.- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet the high standards expected in decentralized applications and blockchain solutions.- Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Web 3.0, blockchain, and related technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.Requirements :- 3-4 years of project management experience, with a preference for experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or related tech industries.- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).- Experience with agile project management methodologies.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape.Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile certifications.- Basic understanding understanding of coding languages used in block chain development.- Experience with DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) and other innovative Web 3.0 governance models.
