Data AnalystLocation: MumbaiExperience: 2-4 YearsMust-Haves:- Expert level proficiency in SQL, Python (1-2yrs exp), Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, Data visualization tools- Excellent Communication- ETL, Dashboards , Tableau or PowerBi.JD:1. Understand a problem statement and bring analytical solutions & techniques to come up with the solution2. Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance3. Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements, define working methodologies and the expected outcome4. Analyse and highlight product growth opportunities5. Recommend ongoing improvements to methods, algorithms, tools and products6. Collaborate with internal teams like success, creative, marketing, product, tech and more, to drive retention.Minimum Requirements:1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role2. Expert level proficiency in SQL, Python (1-2yrs exp), Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, Data visualisation tools3. Problem-solving: Ability to break the problem into small problems and think of relevant techniques4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills5. Strong with basics, quick learner & good with numbers6. Experience working hands-on with large-scale data sets7.
