Mobile App DeveloperD-TechWorks Pvt Ltd 5 - 8 years- experience Pune, MumbaiJob description:We are looking for Mobile App Developer - Remote , Pune Essential Duties:- Design and develop business and consumer applications targeted to POS terminals on the Android platform using Java, Javascript, and the NDK- Providing subject matter expertise on the design of applications and libraries.- Develop specifications for terminal applications.- Mentor other software developers on Android development.- Be aware of Android technology changes/practices and disseminating information to peers.- Work within an Agile project methodology.- Work within aggressive project deadlines.- Take ownership of unit testing and the quality/security of code developed.- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar technical field required.- 5+ years of professional software development- 2+ years Android Java development experience- 2+ years Javascript development experience- 2+ years of commercially deployed Android applications- Experience with Android Studio and Android Development Tools Skills/Abilities:- Ability to learn and absorb new technologies as needed.- Ability to multitask effectively- Ability to influence others and work in a matrixed environment- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Highly detail oriented- Excellent communication skills in English, including both writing and speakingPreferred Qualifications:- Payment's industry experience a plus- Hybrid Android development experience a plus- C development experience a plus- Experience with payment applications or transaction processing a plus- Experience with Git a plus- Experience with Rally/Agile Central a plus- Experience with Kotlin and IntelliJ is a plusRole : Mobile / App DeveloperIndustry Type : IT Services & ConsultingDepartment Engineering - Software & QARole/Category : Software DevelopmentEducation:UG : B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any SpecializationPG : MCA - Any SpecializationDoctorate : Doctorate Not Required (ref:hirist.tech)
